Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to our team. Because of the extensive time, effort, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy.
Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our 1:1 Services and no refunds will be provided to you.
If you would like the refund for a Digital Product, please submit evidence that you’ve completed the course modules, done the work, and show that even after taking action, the methods described in the Digital Product have not worked for you. This applies to any of our Digital Courses or Digital Products.
There are no refunds (and no exceptions) on Services or 1:1 Coaching.
